Vinyl siding
Green mildew is algae feeding on shade and humidity. The solution kills it. The rinse takes it off the wall without lifting a single panel.

What looks like "old concrete" is usually a layer of algae and dirt. Hot water and a surface cleaner bring back the color the day it was poured.

Stucco
Stucco is porous and chips under pressure. A soft wash pulls the streaks out of the texture instead of blasting the texture off the wall.

Most damage in this trade comes from using one tool for everything. Each surface on your property gets the attachment built for it.
Two spinning nozzles under a hooded skirt clean a 21-inch path in one pass. Even pressure across the whole width means no wand stripes, no missed spots, and no gouged concrete.
For everything the surface cleaner can't reach. A wide fan tip for edges and steps, a tighter tip for oil and rust.
Concrete is priced by square footage. Add a house wash, windows, roof, or gutters and the bundle comes in cheaper than booking them apart.

Exterior cleaning

Pressure is a tool, not a setting. Siding, roofs, and painted surfaces get a low-pressure soft wash that lets the solution do the work. High pressure is reserved for concrete and bins.

Do I need to empty my bins before you arrive?
Yes, cans need to be empty. That's why your stop is scheduled the day after trash pickup. If you have to put garbage in before I come, bag it and I'll set it aside and put it back when I'm done.
How do you clean my bins?
A 200-degree high-pressure system kills 99% of the bacteria inside the bin. Then the entire outside gets blasted, and the can is finished with an eco-friendly deodorizer.
How often should I get my bins cleaned?
Monthly for most homes, but it depends on trash volume and household size. A big family with a lot of food waste needs monthly. A small household can usually go quarterly.
Will pressure washing damage my siding or roof?
No. Siding, roofs, and painted surfaces get a low-pressure soft wash that lets the cleaning solution do the work. High pressure is only used on concrete and bins.
Do I need to be home for exterior cleaning?
No. As long as I have access to the areas being cleaned and an outdoor water spigot, you can go about your day. I'll send before and after photos when I'm done.
How often should I have my house washed?
Once a year for most homes in Northwest Arkansas. Shaded or north-facing homes may need it more often because of mold and algae growth.
Why should my trash bins be professionally cleaned?
Bins collect bacteria, mold, and maggots that attract rodents and insects. Regular cleaning kills 99% of germs, eliminates odors, and keeps pests away from your home.
Do I need to keep my payment info on file?
For recurring bin plans, yes. You enter your card once in a secure payment portal and it's charged after each cleaning. One-time jobs are paid online after the walkthrough.
